Financial Aid Code of Conduct

Direct Loans come straight from the U.S. Dept of Education using funds obtained from the U.S. Treasury. This program offers students a single source of contact since the loans are made, guaranteed and serviced by the Department of Education.

1. Complete Entrance Counseling at https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action
   
2. Complete a Master Promissory Note at https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action
3. Complete a Loan Request Form (see below)

Please complete a separate form for each type of loan you are requesting. Completed forms must be signed, dated and submitted to the Financial Aid Office.
